Jean Milazzo

Jean Milazzo, 100, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Jamaica Queens, NY passed away Sunday, March 2, 2014. She was born May 31, 1913 in Naples Italy to John and Maria (nee Lubrano) Martiello. Jean was as a pianist, organist, taught piano, and an opera coach with New York Metropolitan Opera. She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother. Jean will be greatly missed by her loving son Joseph, formerly of the NYPD and daughter-in-law, Catherine Milazzo and daughter, Joanne Milazzo. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Frank, parents and brother. No service is planned at this time.
