James E. Kinsey

James E. Kinsey, 81, of North Port, FL formerly of Atlanta, GA passed away December 3, 2007. He was born August 16, 1926 in Atlanta, GA to William and Leona (Smith) Kinsey. James served in the US Marines during WWII and Korean Conflict. He was a retired superintendent for the City of Atlanta Water Bureau and moved in 1988 to North Port. James enjoyed golfing and fishing. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 48 years, Jean; daughter, Connie J. Brice of North Port; sons, Donnie E. Brice of North Port and Dwayne E. (Gerri) Kinsey of Jacksonville, FL; brothers, Noland Kinsey of Minnesota and Bobby Kinsey of Dallas, GA; sisters, Barbara Ann Whitehead of Jacksonville, FL and Jenny Ruth Rush of Alabama; grandchildren, Pierre, Katie and Jenny.
