Isabelle A. Gregg

Isabelle Annie (Jordan) Gregg, 82, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away February 22, 2012 at the TideWell Hospice House in Venice, FL. She was the daughter of Herbert Ray and Isabelle Marion (Moore-Caswell) Jordan, born May 3, 1929 in Greene, ME. Isabelle grew up in Turner, ME and graduated from Leavitt Institute. She married Edward Wilson Gregg, Jr. on August 28, 1948 in Lewiston, ME and became a homemaker who took great joy in caring for her family. Isabelle lived in Ocala, FL for many years prior to moving to Port Charlotte in February 2011. The family wishes to thank her many friends and continuing care providers for their services prior to her passing. Isabelle will be greatly missed by her daughter, Cheryl Neely, Baltimore, MD; son Ralph E. Gregg, Sr., Ocala, FL; brothers, Ralph L. Jordan, Port Charlotte, FL, Romeo N. Jordan, Buckfield, ME, Laurien H. Jordan, Turner, ME, Roger E. Jordan, Port Richey, FL, and Armand N. Jordan, Oxford, ME; grandchildren, Steven Neely, Alexander Neely, and Elizabeth (Neely) Barnes; and great-grandchildren, Isabella Ann Neely, and Kylie, Jordan, Ariana, and Trevon Escalera. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, US Navy WWII Veteran Edward Wilson Gregg, Jr., and son, Dale Evan Gregg. No services are planned.
