Isabel Mas

We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Isabel Mas, of Punta Gorda, FL, on July 9, 2019. She was born in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Daughter to Juan Mir Monserrat and Elvira Bohigas Forteza and sister to Carmen, Luis, and Rosa. Isabel and her family migrated to Boston, MA in 1975. After migrating, Isabel lived most of her life in Woburn, MA where she worked for many years as a machine operator for a uniform company until retiring in 1998. She moved to Punta Gorda in 2007 to enjoy her retirement with her loving husband of 53 years, Juan. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Juan; her 4 children, Isabel-Cristina and husband Scott; Maria-Rosa and husband Joe; Maria-Elena and husband Larry; Juan-Miguel and wife Kim; and her stepson James and wife Stephanie. She was also the adoring grandmother and great-grandmother of 19 grand and great-grandchildren Stephanie and husband Nick, Steven and partner Alyssa, Brandon, Adore and partner Anthony, Mackenzie, Aaron, Jason, Kyra, Ashlee, Madison, Jared, Gabriella, Joshua, Victoria, Emilie, Aerylin, Gabriel, Olivia, and Jackson. She loved her family unconditionally and her sweet dog, Titan. Our hearts are broken. She will be missed forever and ever.
