Helen M. Minardi

Helen M. Minardi, 91, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away peacefully Sunday, March 20, 2016. She was born March 31, 1924 in Irma, WI to Robert and Ida Splettstoezer. Helen was a long time resident of Chicago, Colorado and Punta Gorda. She had a successful career in the restaurant industry. Helen loved reading, baking, and needlework and was known for her sharp wit and sense of humor. Helen was the loving mother of, Joanne (Eric) Johnson, Jim (Teresa) Minardi, Cathleen (Larry) Londino and John (Sally) Minardi; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held on her 92nd birthday, Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 11am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Punta Gorda.
