Helen E. White

Helen E. White, 70, of Port Charlotte passed away October 20, 2010. She was the daughter of John and Phoebe (McPhee) Barry, born April 12, 1940 in Boston, MA. Helen moved to this area from Dorchester, MA in 1990 and attended St. Francis of Assisi, Englewood. She enjoyed playing the slot machines. Helen will be greatly missed by her daughters, Jean (Pete) Trapani and Denise (Christian) Romero of both of North Port; sons, John White of Dorchester, MA and Kevin (Christine) of Enfield, CT; brothers, Charles Barry, Joe (Mary) Barry, John (Mary) and Bobby (Vera) Barry all of Boston, MA; sister, Margaret (Warren) Woodward of Boston, MA; eight grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald and son, Gerald. No services are planned at this time.
