Harold Jacobus, Jr.

Harold Jacobus, Jr., 81, of Punta Gorda passed away March 9, 2008 surrounded by his family. He was born August 23, 1926 in Jersey City, NJ to Harold and Edna (Rodgers) Jacobus. Harold served in the US Army Air Corps during WWII and was the Supervisor for New Jersey Bell for 33 years and 3 months before retiring and moving from Point Pleasant, NJ in 1990l He was a member of Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association, the Fishing Club and a Boatman. Harold was of the Protestant faith. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 61 years, Natalie; daughter, Virginia (Richard) Donnelly of Bay Head, New Jersey; son, Robert Jacobus of Punta Gorda and grandson, Bradford Donnelly of New Jersey.
