Harold A. Goodwin, Jr.

Harold A. Goodwin, Jr., 65, of Port Charlotte passed away on May 15, 2015. He was the son of Elizabeth and Harold Goodwin, Sr., born on July 8, 1949 in Chicago, IL. Harold was a Vietnam Veteran that served in the US Navy. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion and Mason Lodge 569. Harold was an avid fisherman. He will be remembered as a loyal friend, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 43 years, Roberta; son, Harold III (Julie); brother, Richard (Sherry); mother in law, Ruby; brother in law, Robert (Connie) Owens; sister in law, Sandy Owens; grandchildren, Hayden and Hudson; nephews, Sean, Christa and Jimmy; great-niece and great-nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents; father in law, James and closest fishing buddy, nephew Ricky. A private service was held.
