Gracie Lee Brinson was the daughter of Joe and Henrietta (Robinson) Brinson, born June 24, 1943 in Madison, Florida. She was a kind, obedient and respectful child who possessed both outer and inner beauty. She was popular in school and excelled in her classes. Gracie came to Punta Gorda, Florida from Washington, DC in 1977 and worked for Marty's Village Restaurant for many years until its closing. Poor health prevented her from working after that. Gracie was an avid reader, good cook, skilled seamstress, and a gifted singer; family members were pleasantly aware that she loved to sing! Gracie 66, of Punta Gorda passed away January 2, 2010.
