Gerald George Szilagyi

Gerald George Szilagyi, 72, of Port Charlotte, died on August 27, 2010 surrounded by his children. He was born October 28, 1937 in Hiram, OH to George and Mary (Kish) Szilagyi. He moved to this area in 1977 from Cleveland, OH. Gerald retired as a landscape business owner and a real estate investor. He served in the US Army and was a member of First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte. He will be greatly missed by his three children Jerry (Isobel) Szilagyi, James (Anne) Szilagyi and Sharon (Chris) Prosek; grandchildren; Heather, A.J., Nicole, Christopher, Kylie and Carson; brother; Donald Szilagyi. Visitation on Wednesday, September 1st, from 2-4 and 6-8 at Tabone Funeral Home, 33650 Solon Road, Solon, OH; Interment on September 2nd at Highland Park Cemetery in Highland Hills, OH following service at Tabone Funeral Home.
