George W. Desrosiers, Jr.

George W. Desrosiers, Jr., 84, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away May 12, 2016. He was born October 9, 1931 in Bridgeport, CT to Florence and George Desrosiers, Sr. George was the former owner of Moore's Moving and Storage and moved to this area in 1996 from Stratford, CT. He was the past president of the Jaycees, Stratford, CT and enjoyed doing woodcarving. George will be greatly missed by his wife of 65 years, Florine; daughters, Cherisse Desrosiers of Waterville, VT and Lauren Pyburn of Webster, NY; son, George (Laura) Desrosiers III of Fairfield, CT; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
