Gary Strehl

Gary Strehl, 64, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away on November 16, 2020. He was born on January 28, 1956, to Bernard and Edith Strehl in Royal Oak, MI.  Gary moved to Punta Gorda in 2016 from Chesterfield, MI.  Gary was an HVAC Contractor for many years.  In his spare time, he enjoyed boating, fishing, and golf.

Gary will be deeply missed by his wife of 16 years, Nancy; daughters Julia Strehl, Lisa (Gary) Gergely, and Jennifer (Jason) O’Day; sons Keith (Stacie) Chene and Ben (Tracy) Chene; brother Donald (Margaret) Strehl; sister Janet (John) Gallager; grandchildren Leo Gergely, Ari Gergely, Elyse Chene, Ella Chene, William Chene, Devin Chene, Isaac O’Day, and Rebecca O’Day; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents Barney and Betty Strehl.
