Frances J. Hines-Fullerton

Frances "Fran" Hines-Fullerton, 70, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away February 12, 2017. She was the daughter of Francis and Joyce Currie, born January 25, 1947 in Saugus, MA. Fran studied art at Vesper George School, the New England School of Art and Boston Museum School at Art. She was the owner of Technical Illustration. Locally she has completed murals for the Punta Gorda Mural Society, Black History in Punta Gorda and was a instructor, judge's shows, workshops at Charlotte County Visual Art Center. She was a member of the Art Council of Southwest Florida, Charlotte County Arts and Humanities, Charlotte County Visual Arts Center, a charter member of the American Portrait Society, the Southwest Florida Pastel Society and an associate member of the Pastel Society of America. Fran will be greatly missed by her husband of 5 years, Ellis Fullerton; children, Yolanda Hines, Eric Robert Hines, Beth Bailey, Eric Christopher Hines and Steven Fullerton; brother, Robert (Wendy) Currie and sister, Judith (Kenny) Bombaci. A memorial service to celebrate Fran's life will be held at 7 p.m., March 16, 2017 at Peace River Baptist Church.
