Florence Marie Bober

Florence Marie Bober, 78, of Port Charlotte passed away December 9, 2009. She was the daughter of Benjamin and Helen (Walicky) Kasprak, born April 2, 1931 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Florence came to this area in 1995 from Linden, NJ and worked as a purchasing agent before retiring. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Florence's greatest joy was cooking especially during the holidays for her family. She will be greatly missed by her son, Jeffrey Bober and Petra Compel; granddaughters, Marlyn and Bridget Bober; son, Thomas Bober and Liz Goss; grandchildren, Crystal and Casey Goss. Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Bober. Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Friday, December 11, 2009 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. A service in celebration of Florence's life will be at 10:00am, Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. Burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte following the service.
