Enrique Suarez

Enrique Suarez, 74, of Punta Gorda passed away October 10, 2006. He was born June 20, 1932 in Puerto Rico to Ignacio and Pilar (Bravo) Suarez. Enrique was a retired auto mechanic and moved from Apollo Beach, FL to Punta Gorda in 2000. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Enrique enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid fisherman and boater. He was a good neighbor who helped others after Hurricane Charley. Enrique will be greatly missed by his wife of 50 years, Elba; daughters Lydia (Mark) Ophaug of Odessa, FL and Sally (Aldo) Perez of Miramar, FL; son Henry (Grace) Suarez of Davie, FL; three brothers and five sisters; six grandchildren. A memorial service will be 11:30 am, Saturday, October 14 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Memorial donations may be to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson Research, P.O.
