Ellen J Quinn

April 23, 1939 — April 30, 2018

On The 30th day of April 2018, Ellen Johnetta Briel Quinn passed on to join our Heavenly Father. She was preceded in her journey by Her Mother, Melvina Murphy Gullick, her Father, John Henry Briel, and her Brother, John Henry Briel, Jr. She was born in Trenton, New Jersey and lived in that area most of her life. She moved to Port Charlotte, Florida in 1996 with her surviving Husband, Frederick M. Quinn, Jr. She is also survived by her daughter, Victoria L. Plumeri of Hamilton, New Jersey; a son, Charles R. Plumeri, Jr. of Clanton, Alabama; four step children, Celeste L. Quinn of Whitehall, Pennsylvania, Frederick M. Quinn, III of Bartlett, Tennessee, Maureen J. Quinn of Port Charlotte, Florida, Michael M. Quinn, II of Port Charlotte, Florida; several Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren. Ellen was an avid Quilter for many years and even had one of her quilts published on the cover of a prominent magazine and was a member of the American Quilter Society. Ellen was, also, a member of the National Camping Travelers Association, a Masonic camping group. She will be dearly missed by both Family and friends.
