Donald W. Doll

Donald W. Doll, 78, of Punta Gorda passed away Thursday, June 23, 2011. He was born August 16, 1932 in East Stroudsburg, PA to Clayton Earl and Myrtle (Dailey) Doll. Donald was a retired Grocery Store Manager and moved to this area from Deltona, FL in 2001. He was a member of Punta Gorda Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed doing wood working and painting. Donald will be greatly missed by his wife of 2 years, Linda; daughter, Laurie (Christian) Luther of Stony Point, NY and step-daughter, Lisa (Randy) Yates of North Manchester, IN; sons, David (Rita) of Virginia Beach, VA, Gary (Susan) Lancaster, PA and step-son, Larry Konkle of Warsaw, IN; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Isabelle. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 7:00 pm, Monday, June 27, 2011 at Punta Gorda Church of the Nazarene with a service to follow at 7:00 pm. Rev. John Denby will be officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice, Inc. or Punta Gorda Church of the Nazarene.
