Donald E. Nedel

Donald E "Don" Nedel, 84, of Consulate Health Care of Port Charlotte, formerly of Highland, MI passed away peacefully at Fawcett Hospital on May 14, 2015. He was born May 25, 1930 in Detroit, MI. Don was a Navy Veteran and served during the Korean War. He was a member of the Moose, American Legion and the N.R.A. Don was a wonderful and caring person. He was known as "Hamburger Don" by his friends at the Slip Knot Lounge, Punta Gorda. Don will be greatly missed by his godson, Ronald (Linda) Broome of Evart, MI and best friends Ronald and Deirdre Broome of Evart, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Marlene.
