Dolores J. Morrow

It is with great sadness that the family of Dolores Morrow announces her passing on April 5, 2022, at the age of 90.

Dolores was born June 17, 1931, in Edmonds, ND, married William (Bill) Morrow on June 1, 1955, and raised her family in Effingham, IL. Dolores and Bill spent their retirement years in Punta Gorda, FL.

Those grateful for having shared her life include her husband, William (deceased), her children, Kay (Tim) Ferchow, Bill (Theresa) Morrow, and Colleen Morrow. She will be fondly remembered by her 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Dolores loved making unique crafts, sewing, painting, quilt-making, crocheting, flower arranging, and going to garage sales with her neighbor.

Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, parents, Azel and Anna Peterson, sister Lorraine, brothers Alvin and Clair, and infant son James William.

The Funeral will be held in Shumway, IL to be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Tidewell Hospice, Port Charlotte, FL, or the American Heart Association.
