Denise Eleni Nikitas

Denise Eleni Nikitas, 60, of Port Charlotte, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014. She was born June 18, 1954 in Norfolk, Virginia. Denise was an Emergency Room Nurse at Fawcett Memorial Hospital until her retirement. Denise always placed the well-being of others ahead of herself. She will be greatly missed by her longtime companion, David Aquila of Port Charlotte, FL. Denise is survived by her children, Lauren Casper and Colin Casper; her mother, Neva Nikitas Leleux and her brother John Nikitas II. She was preceded in death by her father, John Nikitas. Arrangements were by Larry Taylor Funeral Home in Punta Gorda, FL
