Constance A. Constantine

Constance A. Constantine, 84, of Port Charlotte, FL died on May 4, 2006. She was born October 18, 1921 in Brooklyn, New York to Peter and Elizabeth Wolz. Constance was a beloved mother, grandmother and adored great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by children Paul Sazani, Debra Ward and James Constantine; grandchildren Christopher, Kami, Mathew, Anna, Paul, Nancy, Peter, Kim, Kate, James and Maria; great-grandchildren Braden, Mathew, William, Colton, Luke and Parker; dear friends; Nancy, Bob, Janelle, Karen, Billy, Irene, Ellen, Doug who are among her many friends. Constantine was preceded in death by her husband James. A memorial mass will be at 9:45 a.m, May 13, 2006 at Our Lady of the Snow in Blue Point, New York.
