Charlotte C. Defabrizio

Charlotte DeFabrizio, 85, of Port Charlotte passed away Saturday, December 10, 2011. She was the daughter of Willard and Jeanette (Bestol) Forbell, born March 9, 1926 in Astoria, NY. Charlotte was a former airline stewardess in the 1940's and various other occupations in the New York area. She moved from Freeport Long Island, NY to Port Charlotte in 1988. Charlotte was a member of St. Maximillian Kolbe Catholic Church. She loved to sing, performing in plays and a great movie buff. Charlotte will be greatly missed by her daughters, Charlotte (Stephen) Ackerman of Port Charlotte and Lisa (Tony) Nieves of North Port; sons, Michael (Jessie) of Lindenhurst, NY and Richard (Pamela) of Calverton, NY; grandchildren, Katie, David, Adam, Richard and Alana. A gathering of family and friends will be 6:00 to 7:00pm, Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
