Charles Manuguerra

Charles Manuguerra, 85, of Punta Gorda passed away Friday, July 29, 2011. He was born November 26, 1925 in New Haven, CT to Frank and Anna Manuguerra. Charles served in WWII as a tail gunner Sergeant. He was a self employed machinist and moved to Punta Gorda from Long Island, NY. Charles will be greatly missed by his wife of 58 years, Muriel June; son, Ray Manuguerra; sister, Frances Paras. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Valerie Manuguerra and sister, Norma Githens. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
