Byron Wauters

Byron Wauters, 81 of Punta Gorda passed away November 11, 2017. He was the son of Harry and Mildred (Middleton) Wauters, born on December 6, 1935 in East Orange, NJ. Byron moved to Punta Gorda in 2001 from Medford, NJ. He loved running marathons, playing golf and tennis, music, traveling and spending time with his family. Byron with be greatly missed by his wife Betsy; daughter Cheryl (Rusty); Sons Keith (Jill), Mark (Emily), Todd (Laura); Brother Harry; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family requests memorial donations may be made to ALS Association at ALSA.org.
