Byron S. Hancock

Byron S. Hancock, 85, of Venice, FL passed away Friday, December 30, 2011. He was born December 23, 1926 in Douglas County, Missouri. Byron served in the US Army during WII and was a retired Real Estate Broker. He moved from Michigan to Venice in 1983. Byron will be greatly missed by his wife Rita; step-daughter, Shirley (Bill) Johnson of North Port, FL; son, Gregory of Venice; step-sons, Dennis (Linda) Goodson of Holland, OH and Randal (Sandy) Goodson of Waterford, MI and six grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
