Betty L Blackburn

Betty Louise Blackburn (Conley) of Port Charlotte gained her heavenly wings June 21, 2018 at Bayfront Health Center. Born on March 18, 1956 in Wauchula, she lived most of her adult life in Charlotte County. She is preceded in death by her father Clyde E. Conley, her mother Claudie M. Conley and her sister Jo Ann Conley Cobb . Betty is survived by and was blessed with 3 children, daughters Tiffany Blackburn (Rusty) and Tracy Blackburn both of Port Charlotte, and son William Kelly Blackburn of Washington. Grandsons Jake Blackburn and Tyler Ward of Port Charlotte. Siblings, brother, Russell Conley (Sharon) of Port Charlotte; sisters Kathlene Carlton, Frankie N. Kelley (Wayne), Jeannie F. Patrick (Steven) of Lakeland, Mary E. Abalos (Serafin) of Wauchula. Extended family, friends and loved ones including Bingham & Jackie Blackburn. Memorial Services and Celebration of life will be held June 30, 2018 at 11am at New Hope Baptist Church 1999 FL- 64 Wauchula, FL. Visitation will start as 10:30am. Rev.
