Angeline Godina

Angeline Godina, 93, of Port Charlotte passed away at TideWell Hospice House on December 30, 2010. Angeline was born January 1, 1917 in Radley, KS; she moved to Chicago, IL where she married Eugene F. Godina. Angeline was a purchasing agent in the electronics industry before retiring to Florida in 1976. Angeline was proud of her Slovenian heritage and was a longtime member of the Slovene National Benefit Society. Angeline will be greatly missed by her son, Ronald (Dianne) Godina of Punta Gorda; granddaughters, Natalie and Katherine of Punta Gorda; niece, Linda Dollar of Springfield, MO; nephew, Jim (Lynne) Dollar of St. Petersburg, Robert (Helen) Dollar of Addison, IL, and John Paul (Diane) Dollar of Manhattan, KS. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents, John and Katherine Dollar; and five brothers. A memorial service will be announced at a future date.
