Alvin R. Gould

Alvin Robert Gould 71, of Punta Gorda passed away January 23, 2019. Alvin was born November 6, 1947 in Cleveland, OH to parents Alvin A. Gould and Barbara Parks. He moved to the area 1986 and was the owner of G&G Liquors in Punta Gorda. Alvin was active in philanthropy and founded the Gould Family Trust, which is active in south west Florida. He was a member of the Punta Gorda Elks Lodge #2606 as well as the Port Charlotte Yacht Club and the Chamber of Commerce. Alvin is preceded in death by his father, Alvin Gould; mother, Barbara Parks; and step-mother, Norma Gould. He will be greatly missed by his sisters, Marilyn; Lisa; and Lynne.
