Adele L. Saxton

Adele L. Saxton, 84, of Port Charlotte, FL entered Heaven on December 8, 2015. She was the daughter of George and Viola Lavrik, born February 15, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY. She moved from Staten Island, NY to Port Charlotte with her husband, Richard in 1986. Adele worked for over 50 years as a registered nurse. She was a parishioner of San Antonio Catholic Church, and member of the Marine Corp Ladies Auxiliary, Project Linus and the Red Hats Society. She enjoyed knitting, crossword puzzles and spending time with her family and friends. Adele will be greatly missed by her children, Therese, Karen (son in law Frank), Raymond (daughter in law Susan) and Nancy (finance Bill); grandchildren, Frank and Jessica; sister in law, Lori. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Richard and brother, Chester. A memorial Mass will be held at 11am, Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at San Antonio Catholic Church, 24445 Rampart Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL.
