Larry D. Taylor

Larry Dean Taylor, 80 of Punta Gorda, Florida passed away on 11-11-2020 under Hospice care after a long debilitating ALS disease. 

He was born on September 18, 1940, in Freeburn, Kentucky to Naomi and Allen Taylor. Larry is survived by his wife Barbara Ellen Taylor, daughter Elizabeth Ann Taylor and son Joey Dean Taylor. He is also survived by brothers Keith, James, Robert, and Marvin, sisters Ruby Jean Francis, Brenda Marcum, and Diane Shaw. Larry was preceded in death by his son Kelly Dotson Taylor, Brothers Kenneth, William Perry, Allen Jr., Gary, and sister Ann Thompson.

Celebration of life services will be held at Johnson-Taylor Funeral and Cremation, 1515 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda Florida 33950, (941) 833-0600 on Monday, November 16, 2020, at 11:00 A.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Tidewell Hospice Port Charlotte, Florida or Lee Health ALS Clinic, 13601 Plantation Road, Fort Myers Florida 33912.
